Lynley VanSingel is Vice President, Learning & Business Enablement for Mr. Cooper’s Mortgage Servicing team members. Lynley leads a team who connect people with learning options to build knowledge and skills that teach customer service centers how to put the customer first. It matters to her that people who take the programs leave with tips, tricks, and skills they can use on the job right away. She has been working with people professionally for 15 years to provide continued learning in all shapes and sizes. Lynley is a proud Texas native and graduated as a 5th generation Texas A&M Aggie.
