KATHY O’HALLORAN, HUMAN RESOURCES AND TALENT MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE As a senior HR leader and principal OD advisor to several large organizations, Kathy has managed a wide variety of complex projects with a special emphasis on customer service and quality delivery. She is recognized for her broad capabilities in organization development and talent management, her ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams, and her reputation for delivering superior results. Additionally, Kathy has successfully led the development and delivery of numerous organizational talent and succession management initiatives, employee engagement, and leadership, succession management and workforce development programs. Kathy has over twenty years’ experience in the areas of leadership development, succession management and talent planning, as well as career development. She has established leadership development and learning functions, developed competency models, and designed, developed and implemented talent and succession planning strategies. Kathy has held various management positions, including Vice President of OD, Senior Manager of Organization Development and Effectiveness, Manager of Learning and Development, and Consultant and Executive Coach. She has experience in both the public and private sectors including the energy and financial services sectors. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Redlands, a Master of Business Administration degree from Claremont Graduate University (summa cum laude), as well as certifications in Organizational Change & Development from the University of California, Irvine, executive coaching, current certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional (SCP), and numerous other professional certifications. Ms. O’Halloran currently resides in Orange County, California where she is employed in a large, privately held financial services company.
